Ho’oponopono teaches that I am responsible for what everyone says and does, simply because they are in my experience:

This is how I understand Ho’oponopono: - By Saul Maraney

Self I-Dentity through Ho’oponopono is a PROBLEM SOLVING PROCESS of REPENTENCE, FORGIVENESS and TRASMUTATION that anyone can apply to THEMSELVES. It is process of PETITIONING DIVINITY to convert error memories in MY sub-conscious to Zero.

I CONTINUESLY DO the Self I-Dentity through Ho’oponopono Process of REPENTENCE, FORGIVENESS and TRANSMUTATION for WHATEVER is going on IN ME that I experience consciously OR un-consciously.

My mind can ONLY serve memory or inspiration. And only ONE at a time. Divine Inspiration is WITHIN ME. The PURPOSE of life is to be RESTORED BACK to LOVE, Moment by Moment. To FULFILL this purpose, I ACKNOWLEDGE that I am 100% RESPONSIBLE for CREATING MY life the way it IS. I have come to see that it is MY THOUGHTS that CREATE MY life the way it is, Moment to Moment. I have come to appreciate that there is NO out-there! The QUALITY of MY life has SHIFTED dramatically!

The conscious mind is CLUELESS – it has NO idea of what is going on. So I APPEAL to DIVINITY (Who knows all) to convert what ever memories are playing in MY Unihipili (sub-conscious mind) to Zero.

NO-ONE can PREDICT their next thought, because thoughts themselves ARISE from the UNCONSCIOUS. I have NO control over MY thoughts, MY ONLY CHOICE is to act (or not) once they appear. I am cleaning MY unconscious SO I get BETTER thoughts. The intellect working alone cannot solve these problems, because the intellect only manages. I want to release all MY old memories.

I am RELEASING the energy of these painful thoughts (memories) which cause imbalance. All problem solving is done WITHIN MTSELF. I am erasing MY memory and programs. Everything that appears in MY life is only a PROJECTION of my programs.

I take 100% responsibility for MY whole life. When ever I experience a problem, I am always there. I am responsible for it all. I understand that people are acting from a memory / program. To help them, I have to remove the program. And the only way to do that is by cleaning:

I love You

I’m sorry

Please forgive me

Thank you

The Divinity takes the painful memories that we all store in our sub-conscious minds and neutralizes and erases them. Each problem is an opportunity to clean. Problems are JUST replayed memories of the past showing up to give us one more chance to see them from the eyes of Love, and to act from INSPIRATION.

I am petitioning Love to rectify errors in ME by saying. “I AM SORRY. Please FORGIVE me for what ever is going on inside of me that has manifested as this problem.” Love’s responsibility is to then TRANSMUTE the errors within ME that manifest as the problem.

If I have a problem with someone else, it means that there is a MEMORY coming up that I am REACTING to. It is NOT the other person. I am asking this question of Divinity: “What is going on in ME, that I have caused this person’s pain?” Then I ask: “How can I RECTIFY this problem within ME?” I work on ME, NOT on other people.

I take 100% REPONSIBILITY for MYSELF to clean with the stuff in ME that CAUSED the problems that I experience. We are all PERFECT! – What is imperfect is the memories (CRAP) that REACT and REPLAY as: Judgment, Resentment, Anger, Irritation and the Rest of the BAGGAGE that is carried in MY soul.

As long as memories (blocks / limitations) are present in MY Sub-conscious, they BLOCK Divinity from giving ME Inspiration. Memories are PROBLEMS. Everyone is ALREADY perfect, the PROBLEMS are the memories. The PROBLEM is the error memory playing in MY sub-conscious mind, which I SHARE with other people.

To OPEN the way for the INFLOW of The Divine, requires FIRST canceling memories. I am cleansing and erasing the memories in MY sub-conscious mind to FIND the Divinity WITHIN MYSELF because All thoughts are imbued with painful memories.

AS I clean what is WITHIN ME, they will TOO get CLEAR and HEAL in other people. I have began to realize that I AM RESPONSIBLE for what EVERYONE says and does, simply because they are IN MY EXPERIENCE. IF I create my OWN reality, THEN I have created ALL that I see, EVEN the parts that I DON’T like.

When I am at Zero, EVERYTHING is available. We are all created in the IMAGE of The Divine: Void and Infinite. I am LETTING GO of MY memories.

I look WITHIN MYSELF so see what is WITHIN ME that is SHARING the experience that I see on the OUTSIDE. I DON’T deal with the person / problem, I deal with the FEELINGS I EXPERIENCE. Everything I see and experience is inside ME. If I want to change anything, I do it INSIDE ME.

I know that what I see in others is in ME. There is NOTHING OUT THERE, it is ALL in ME. Whatever I experience, I experience INSIDE MYSELF. I experience people in ME, so they DON’T exist UNLESS I look in MYSELF.

Expectations and intentions do NOT have any impact on Divinity. Divinity will do WHATEVER and WHENEVER in IT’S own time.

Ho’oponopono teaches that only Love can transmute my memories to Zero:

Dr Hew Len points out that trying to help other people doesn’t work, but results in us being burned.

He also points out that the intellect is ferocious because it always wants to know.

I am helping my intellect by saying: “I Love You”, because this causes my intellect to settle down.

According to Dr Hew Len, therapy doesn’t work, because the wrong things are being worked on. Every one is already perfect; it is our memories that need to be dissolved.

The BASICS of Self I-Dentity through Ho’oponopono:

1. I DON’T HAVE A CLUE OF WHAT IS GOING ON:

• It is IMPOSSIBLE to be aware of EVERYTHING happening around ME consciously / unconsciously.
• MY body and mind are regulating themselves right now WITHOUT ME being aware of it.
• Numerous INVISIBLE signals are in the air (radio waves, thought waves, etc) which I have NO conscious sense of at all.
• I am co-creating MY life unconsciously WITHOUT MY control.
• MY conscious mind IS NOT the creator.

2. I DON’T HAVE CONTROLL OVER EVERYTHING:

• By NOT knowing what is gong on, I CAN’T control it all.
• It IS NOT wise to let MY ego decide what is best for ME, because it DOES NOT know what is going on right now.
• I have choice BUT I DO NOT HAVE CONTROL.
• SURRENDER IS KEY: I have to LET GO of whether I manifest MY desires or not.

3. I CAN HEAL WHATEVER COMES MY WAY:

• Whatever happens in MY life is up for healing, simply because its on MY radar.
• IF I can feel it, I CAN HEAL IT.
• IF I can see it in someone else and it bothers ME, it is up for healing.
• IF I can spot it, I’ve got it.
• I have NO IDEA why it is in MY life, BUT I can let go of it because now I am AWARE of it.
• The MORE I heal what comes up, the clearer I am to manifest what I PREFER, because I will be freeing up stuck energy to use for MY manifestation.

4. I AM 100% RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THAT I EXPERIENCE:

• Whatever happens in MY life is NOT my fault, BUT IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY.
• MY PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY includes what I AND OTHERS do and think, because it shows up in MY life.
• BY taking 100% RESPONSIBILITY, other people’s problems are MY problems TOO.
• I CAN’T blame anything / anyone for my current reality.
• All I can do is take 100% RESPONSIBILITY for it by ACCEPTING it, OWNING it and LOVING it.
• The MORE I heal what comes up, the MORE I get in tune with The Divine.

5. MY TICKET TO THE ZERO STATE IS BY SAYING “I LOVE YOU”:

• Saying this to The Divine CLEANS EVERYTHING IN ME, So I can experience the MIRCALE of THIS moment.
• I LOVE EVERYTHING because LOVE TRANSMUTES the stuck energy and FREES it.
• Saying “I Love You” is the “open sesame” to Experiencing The Divine.

6. INSPIRATION IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN INTENTION:

• Intention is a TOY of the mind, INSPIRATION is a DIRECTIVE from The Divine.
• I am SURRENDERING and starting to LISTEN (rather than begging and waiting).
• Intention is TRYING to control life based on the LIMITED VIEW of MY ego. INSPIRATION is RECEIVING a message from The Divine and ACTING on it.
• Intention WORKS and brings RESULTS, INSPIRATION WORKS and brings MIRACLES.

How to HEAL MYSELF and DISCOVER HEALTH, WEALTH and HAPPINESS.

• I am healing MYSELF and anyone else of anything I notice.
• Whatever I see in anyone else is ALSO in ME, so all healing is SELF-HEALING.
• No one else has to do these processes but ME.
• The ENTIRE world is in MY hands.

Ho’oponopono teaches that problems are not people or things; but the memories I have of them:

The Ho’oponopono process that Morrnah taught is a process of looking inside myself, and saying: “I Love You; I am sorry; Please forgive me for whatever is going on in me that I experience the world a certain way; Thank You.”

The updated form of Ho’oponopono is a process only between me and The Divine.

The Universe only exists in one’s soul, so I need to work on my garbage (memories) that makes my Universe look ugly.

I am incessantly working on my own garbage (memories), by talking to The Divinity in me and saying: “I Love You; I am sorry; Please forgive me if there is rudeness where I show up; Thank You.”

I am loving the memories I have played over and over, because the only way to get rid of my memories is to Love them.

Ho’oponopono is life saving, because with it, live becomes less drudgery, and there are less problems where I show up.

I have noticed that whenever there is a problem, I am always there, therefore I do non-stop Ho’oponopono cleaning:

When I notice something, I say to The Divinity in me: “I Love You; I am sorry; Please forgive me for whatever is going on in me that I perceive this in a certain way; Thank You.”

I realize that life is an “inside job”, that I need to fix all problems within myself, and that there is nothing outside.

I also know that when I am stuck in memory, I am out of tune…

So when I say to The Divinity in me: “I Love You; I am sorry; Please forgive me for whatever is going on in me that I perceive this in a certain way; Thank You”, Divinity then has a chance to take everything back to Zero, and then I can be free.

I have come to the realization that I don’t know what is going on, so with Ho’oponopono, I am taking 100% responsibility by changing the world in me.

Most relationships don’t work, because people are usually in reaction to them:

The most important relationship is the relationship with one’s self: If I am in memory, that relationship won’t work for me, because memories separate me from The Divine.

Once I am separated from The Divine, any physical relationship that I am in won’t work.

I heal the garbage (memories) in me that I share with other people by realizing that all relationships begin with me.

The Divine created everybody perfect, what is not perfect is the date (memories) in us.

If I am in blame I am unable to help myself or anybody else.

Ho’oponopono is a simple process, but it is not simple to do it all the time.

Ho’oponopono takes discipline, because most of the time I have no idea of what is going on.

Every moment is an opportunity for me to clean up my garbage (memories), so I never stop doing my Ho’oponopono cleaning.

My job is to say: “I don’t know what is going on; I am going to take 100% responsibility”, and do the Ho’oponopono processes:

I have noticed that whenever there is a problem, I am always there. So I incessantly do my Ho’oponopono cleaning, and I say in advance to The Divinity in me: “I Love You; I am sorry; Please forgive me for whatever is going on in me that is causing me to experience this experience, and I would like to propose through this cleaning, that IF it is correct that my memories be cancelled so that I don’t have problems, please do so; Thank You.”.

I just work on myself and do the Ho’oponopono processes so that I can get back to my original state of being, which is Zero.

Everyone is already perfect, so I have to look into myself and ask: “What is going on in me, that I should experience this?”, and “What is in me that I need to correct so that this situation will change?”

I say to whatever is going on in me (my memories) “I Love You”, because the intellect is very ferocious. It is always trying to analyze, cope and manage; And this just doesn’t work!

I am taking 100% responsibility and letting go of blame.

I am working on whatever thoughts I have of people, so that when I show up, I show up as someone who loves them.

Ho’oponopono has taught me the importance of working on my perception of people / things:

I work on what is going on in me (my memories) that I perceive people to be a certain way.

Benjamin Libet (University Of California, San Francisco) said: “We never decide to see something the way it is, it is always something inside us that decides that that’s the way we are going to perceive the world”.

I am working with the memories inside me, by saying to The Divine in me: “I Love You; I am sorry; Please forgive me for whatever is going on in me that I perceive the world to be this certain way; Thank You.”

Because I am willing to be 100% responsible, The Divinity does its part by erasing those memories in me, so that I can be back at The Zero State.

Socrates was right when he said: “We really don’t know anything”, and it is very important for me to come from that point of view.

When something comes up, I say to The Divinity in Me: “I Love You; I am sorry; Please forgive me for whatever is going on in me that I perceive this problem; Thank You.”

I am allowing The Divinity who created me to do whatever It does by erasing those memories and releasing them from my soul, so that what is left in the memory’s place is Zero, so that I can be back to my original state of mind, which is in the image of the Divine (Void and Infinite).

Ho’oponopono has taught me to work on my own memories, and not consciously engage.

I do my Ho’oponopono cleaning, leave it in Divinity’s hands and move on:

People are perfect; it is my reactions that I need to work on.

Nothing exists, except my reaction to it. – It can’t exist.

By letting go of reactions, I get to see other people as the Divine created them, which is whole and complete.

I keep doing my Ho’oponopono cleaning so that I get to see people the way The Divine created them.

I know that all my problems are intra (not inter), and I am willing to only look at myself, and work on what is going on in me (my memories). When I do this I have the ability to petition The Divinity to cancel my problems, which exist as memories replaying.

With Ho’oponopono, the wonder of it all is that IF memories get cancelled in me, they get cancelled everywhere in The Universe.

I am working on the memories that take me away from being who I am.

By working on myself (my memories), I get the ability to see people the way The Divine created them.

Ho’oponopono has taught me who I am, and shown me how to petition The Divinity, so that I can be back at Zero, and then at Zero, be inspired by The Divine.

My subconscious mind (like a computer) holds all my memories, and if a memory gets hit, it begins to replay.

Memories replay thoughts, feelings and images…

I say to The Divinity in me: “I Love You; I am sorry; Please forgive me for whatever is going on in me (my memories) that are making me feel angry; Thank You.”

As soon as I say this, I am saying to The Divinity that I am willing to let go.

I am giving The Divinity a chance to erase the memories in my subconscious mind and transmute them back to Zero (The Infinite, Void and Emptiness).

Only from The Void (Emptiness) I will see The Divine.

The Divine is the inspiration that comes through, so that I can become Divinity personified once I am back at Zero.

With Ho’oponopono, I am giving The Divinity an opportunity to embrace and transmute my memories to Zero:

We are all created in the image of The Divine, which means Void and Infinite, but if a memory comes up, we get separated from the Divinity.

By now saying to that memory “I Love You”, Divinity transmutes that memory, and takes us back to our original state of Void and Infinite, and inspiration can then come through.

All of us have already experienced the experience of The Divine, but because we are stuck with memories (anger, resentment, blame) we loose that experience.

I am keeping my focus on cleaning out my garbage (memories).

Connecting with The Divine doesn’t need to be difficult!

I am getting results by being 100% responsible and saying “I am sorry”.

In Dr Hew Len’s PHD training, he was taught that it is his job to help other people, but then he learned the Ho’oponopono process from Morrnah Simeona

Morrnah taught that whenever any type of problem comes up, we must look at ourselves, and that “Peace begins with me”.

Ho’oponopono is a process of only looking at myself and working on the garbage (memories) in me (my subconscious mind), because once I get myself in rhythm with The Divinity, everybody else gets into rhythm too; But if I am out of rhythm, so too will be everybody else.

The idea of Ho’oponopono is to work directly with The Divinity, saying to The Divinity incessantly: “I Love You; I am sorry; Please forgive me for whatever is going on in me that I perceive this in a certain way; Thank You.”, and then allow The Divinity to make the corrections, which is to transmute the garbage (memories) in my subconscious mind back to Zero, and then out of that Zero (void), Divinity can come forth.
